Is anyone else being told by their Sellers they are having trouble inputting their financials for B of A?  I have two different clients telling me this and both are professionals who are tech-savvy. one says when they put in their unemployment income, it is deleted and they cannot get it to stay. The other says her columns do not add up correctly and when she tries to input the correct total amount herself, it won't let her. When I call B of A regartding this, they say to call Equator - and, surprise, Equator tells me to call B of A. Equator says they are only the software provider. I asked the negotiator and he didn't know anything either.

You might have them make sure they are using Internet Explorer. I was having issues with Equator when I would use Firefox. Docs wouldn't save. So now I only use IE for Equator. Not sure if that is their issue but it works for me.
Thank you, De Billingsley. Someone else told me that but it turned out both clients are using IE Explorer.

Perhaps I'm the only ignorant one, but apparently Equator only handles the Realtors' input and the Sellers input is with B of A.
I have the seller send me the user ID and password and do it for them that way i know it's done, it can be the software they have in there PC sometime that causes it not to work ?
