I recently had an offer that we we're basically going to accept.  When I hit submit equator told me that we were no longer able to do anything b/c the offer was being renogtiated.  I emailed our neg. and asked what this meant since our deadline was coming up and no response from him.  Well time went on and still no change but the deadline was still up for the original offer and we still were not able to access the offer and still no response from the neg. Next thing I know we've received an  email saying that we were kicked out of the system b/c we didn't respond in time.  Well I tried emailing everyone on the list that I could explaining the situation with clear documentation in the email of our attempt's and still no response any one have any suggestions

BofA only works on one offer at a time.

What happened to the first offer?

that's it we had an offer in and they countered. I was getting ready to counter with the same net to the investor when i hit submit equator told me i couldn't submit b/c it went back to renegotiations. that went on for two days and by that time our deadline had past. I wasn't able to answer their counter
It looks like you missed the deadline (farthest on the right of the "task") - AND that means you have to re-submit all over again.....even if you "escalate" so call or email everyone once more and tell them it was a mistake, that you need to resubmit and do it ASAP - that will most likely cost you two weeks.
