Freddie Mac removal of deficiency Judgement verbiage in short sale approval letters

Has anyone had any luck recently getting B of A to remove the deficiency judgement verbiage from short sale approval letters specifically on Freddie Mac loans?  B of A is telling me they are under strict guidelines by Freddie to not remove the DJ verbiage.  I've approached the negotiator several times regarding this and we're currently at a stand still.  The borrower/seller won't close the short sale with the DJ verbiage as it currently reads on the approval letter and the bank isn't willing to revise the letter.  Any suggestions for me?

Thanks,

Neil

Negotiate. Are there any other options for your Seller? If not, then let it go to foreclosure. Why loose sleep over this? If no one is willing to negotiate then ?????? What????? Move on, I say
See if they qualify for the new HAFA program that will elimate the DJ verbage.
