I've been having a devil of a time with a Co-Op Approved Short Sale managed by REDC. After waiting for 2.5 months, the day I had approval, my buyer informed me that they were under contract on another property. I quickly got another contract and uploaded it. I received a message today that it was rejected as "agent identified is not assigned in the system."  What does that mean?

Hi Kim, there are a few things that I am confused about, not to worry, I am easily confused :)   Your buyer informed you that they were under contract on another property?  How would you not have known that your buyer was under contract?  What offer did you then try to upload?

I sent an email to my negotiator and her manager after getting that direction from the Help line of Equator.  Additionally, we re-loaded the offer and back up documents.  The system is now reviewing the offer, so something worked.
