3rd party authorization

Does anyone know if BOA requires a specific 3rd party authorization, or can we just upload our company generic one?

I been using a generic one for years now ,but some of them are starting to ask for more info on them little things like sellers phone numbers ,current dates, one for each person on the loan,even husband and wife .
