Regions Short Sales: They LOVE Their Collateralized Mortgages!

Regions just loved collateralized loans!! I know many borrowers who used another property as collateral to buy an investment property or primary residence with Regions. Now that is coming back to haunt them. I have a Navarre Florida short sale where Regions says, SURE WE"LL allow a short sale. We are just going to move our loan to your primary residence and give you a great ARM rate!! How is that for a deal?
