Hi Nicole, I am wondering what is happening or happened with your experiences with PNC...I had some very bad experiences with them in a similar fashion same sort of scenario as yours- they are junior lender-same ratio of figures they were demanding and same sort of non- cooperation. They forced the primary lender to foreclose my home yesterday by medling in the workings of the short sale and getting paperwork lost and going back and forth between negotiators, and it's a shame because we had a pretty good deal on the table offering them 15,000. which was 30% of the debt - I am in California and is a non-recourse state and this was purchase money so they get nothing now for all their efforts to be stubborn and try and get 50%= 25,000. It was sad to see my house be auctioned off at the courthouse. Primary lender Wells Fargo got it and now they will sell it to the same buyers that my short sale was set up for.... I went down there to the auction so that I could have more "closure" in my heart and mind. It was a weird experience... I am awaiting to see exactly how this plays out with the primary lender Wells Fargo and when do they ask me to move....
ps by the way... the contact Jim Varner listed here on this info page was not in any way shape or form involved with any of the 9 month process for my attempt at short sale. I even mentioned his name to several reps. and faxed letters to him... nothing.

PNC - National City has the rudest employees that I have ever encountered.

Has anyone had any success in getting a pay off reduced? Has anyone had any success with contacting a manager?
