Please does anyone have a contact # at PNC we have faxed a complete SS packet 5 days ago and when calling the Loss Mitigation Dept 888)2244702 enter loan # & last 4 #'s of the social, I can only leave a message for a Rebeca Reid. I have been tryin to reach someone since Friday Aug. 3rd. Any email or phone's will be helpful, appreciate the response.
We know it is short notice on the SS submission but we are tryin to get the sale postponed.

Try calling without giving the loan information and SSN. The reason you are getting the Reid VM is because she has been assigned to your file. You just need to talk to somebody...anybody. I wish you luck. My experience with PNC and f/c sales is that they generally won't do last minute postponements. We had to take matters into our own hands, and the h/o filed for BK. It's terrible alternative, but it's better than f/c.
