Pnc accepting 15K for lien release, but PNC 1st as a Freddie Mac will pay no more than $8,500 AND they will not allow PNC 2nd to recieve contribution from buyer or seller. title company wont do a POC due to RESPA rules. Any way around this?

That is usually when they say "Anyone can pay on an account at any time" In other words someone can pay the difference and then they will issue the approval letter for the correct amt.....but confirm with your negotiator on the 2nd.
I am in the same boat!
PNC wants $13k and the 1st will only pay $6k. I have the $7k difference but the 1st will not allow it on the HUD and PNC will not allow any payment from any source, even the debtor, unless it is on the HUD.
The only option I have left is escalating it at PNC.
