I submitted a second mortgage on January 23 and we still don't even have a negotiator. I received an e-mail from the short sale coordinator on February 9 stating they had all required docs to move the file to quality control allow 10 to 15 business days for the quality control team to receive the requested bank documents( exterior BPO, title and credit bureau report) and forward the file to the negotiator.  there received and other e-mail on February 28 in response my follow-up call again stating all bank documents  ( title search and property value have been ordered) allow 5 to 7 business days for this process. Total time for decision and assignment to negotiator a minimum for 10 business days.

Two days ago I can e-mail from the coordinator requested documents again and still no negotiator assigned. When I call PNC I get no help. I even e-mailed the short sale coordinator asking for some clarification. She never responded with the exception of a one sentence e-mail stated that she needed bank statements. When I e-mailed her again stated she had not responded to my e-mail she replied that she had. E-mailed her back stating that her one sentence e-mail that she needed updated bank statements was not a response to address our concerns. But surprise surprise no follow-up e-mail from her again.

I have called and left two messages for Brian who supposedly the manager of the short sale Department and have not received a callback. Does anyone have any good contact numbers or e-mail addresses to help escalate this file?

I would just send them the updates and stop wasting time.   If you want you can just call and ask for a manager .. but they will probably just tell you to submit the bank statements.
