Ocwen Short Sale - Foreclosure notice just received in 3days! HELP
On Friday my client informed me that he received a foreclosure notice for the 20th of January on his property. I have had the short sale package in for over 30 days and they have asked for a "signed" HUD1 when as we all know that will not happen until closing. Appreciate any advise on how to handle this today.

Located in VA, speaking with Linda Ludwig at Mr. Ferris's office trying to resolve it now. There is a minimum 8 day notice in the state of VA for marketing if they are being sticklers about it. She is having Joan Perez (Sp?) reach out to me who is the short sale manager who handles all her Escalation needs. Praying for a quick response.

Good Luck Joshua! I will be watching the responses here. I am in a
similar situation myself. I have a file in the short sale process and a sale date of 2/4 they are telling me they WILL NOT postpone that date. How were you able to reach Linda?
