Hey Smitty, I am on the tail end of what has been a "challenging" HAFA deal with Ocwen... any of us in this group know OCWEN's issues (low settlement fee %'s, low commish, no returned calls, lack of knowledgeable phone reps, blah, blah...). I burned up Ron F.'s voice and email until I got my HUD approval! But, I had a phone rep tell me I needed to send in an Arms Length addendum, "any one will do, as we do not have one" was the direct quote! Well, of course the next rep said that the one I sent was not acceptable and sent me the Ocwen version, which I have attached as it is a requirement that they conveniently left out of the new packet and I could not find anywhere online! Gretta, in all the approvals I've gotten from them, they attach the ALT.  Basically all ALT'S we've signed were done literally at closing and sent in with closing docs.  I'm surprised they asked it from you sooner.
