I vowed NOT to take another Ocwen house if there was a foreclosure date.  Well, I started a regular short sale got all the papework done and the homeowners announced a sale date on 4/21!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AAAGGGHHH!  I can't stand Ocwen when there is a foreclosure date, but now I'm stuck with this.  I have an offer and already submitted package.  THe BPO was ordered last Wednesday.  To date, no one contacting to do the valuation.  When I called in today they said it takes 8-10 days to do the valuation.  Has anyone heard of this? Do I have any options?
