RE: bpo

I just received a BPO request from Nationstar. Wouldn't you consider it a conflict of interest for me to be providing a value on my own listing? How stupid!! Has anyone been able to "call of the proverbial dogs" from this idiotic request?

This is standard practice for nationstar. They will order an independent one too and they compare both.

What a great spot to be in, Jeff! Doing a BPO on your own listing. I would love to do that. Just have to make sure you know how to do them and that you follow the guidelines. What agent knows your listing better than you? Good Luck!
