Sold to Seterus INC

I had an approved short sale with BOA and they have now released the loan to Seterus INC. Reading all the negative comments on this forum is making me nervous to be working with this company.I read several posts that this company is known for allowing the short sales to go to foreclosure. Is this an experience anyone has had with them? Any suggestions on how to succeed with this company is greatly appreciated.

I've had 2 with them in the past year, one just closed last month. A little on the tough side, fast deadlines, that sort of thing. Overall both closed within 90 days.
