First line of defense

Getting through the first line of defense with lbps is a breeze, getting a direct number for their SS dept is impossible. On hold (after the initial transfer) as we speak and I was informed the wait could be up to an hour. thank the lord for speaker phones and headsets (and the fact I work from a home office so I can get some laundry done! If I get any new extensions, numbers or email addresses I'll be happy to post...anyone else have a back door number?

Wow! The wait time is no joke! Representative said there is no direct contact # for short sale department, so unfortunately you have to be transferred.

still waiting for thier "processing" of my packet to be complete just to get assigned to a negotiator. Our foreclosure date is set for the 28th and they wont even "fast track" the package or stall the foreclosure till 5 days prior to the foreclosure! Anyone have any ways around their lunacy?
