They LBPS hired outside negotiating company ... wants me to reduce commission and pay the outside negotiating company for them ... NOT ... my broker says NO WAY! According to the MARS Regulations, seller did not hire negotiating company, lender did and it can not be taken out of your commission. The lender has to figure out how to pay them, not us!
This one is going back to LBPS to do in-house negotiations ... don't know why they hired outside company anyway, I thought their short sale department has been doing a wonderful job on what they do for us!

Lori - are you back with LBPS? Or Seterus?
Last week, when Seterus took over LBPS, they took the file back from National Resource and guess what - we got APPROVAL!! Yay!!
Hi,
On an unrelated National Group Topic, I had sent over a purchase offer and a home inspection from the buyer as to show that the price set for the property was too high. Not only did they disregard the home inspection, but they told me that if they did not have someone meet their ridiculous net by next Wed., they would have the deed in lieu team take over...
I'm at a loss. The house right next door, which is actually in move condition sold for 250k (average in the area). This house is need of extreme repairs (uninhabitable) and they want to net 220k.
Any advice?
Thanks
