Relocation Funds to Seller

Does anyone know about how long it takes the bank to get the relocation check to the seller????

I have one that was just approved. The escrow company cuts a check directly to the seller at closing.

it's disbursed at closing.

Thanks for a quick response. I was told that it came from the bank - not escrow! This clears it up.

I have a client who wanted to know that also and whether or not it is taxable income. Does anyone know?

Have the seller check with an accountant and/or call the IRS. You should not be in the middle of that issue.
