Help getting the file assigned to someone

Does anyone have any suggestions on getting the file assigned to a neg. I have called over and over and explained they are not within there own timelines but no one seems to care and just say it is what it is.... I have approval coming in on the first and the 2nd greentree doesn't even have the file assigned.... any tips. I have called a dozen numbers and have had no luck.

Hi Cherrie, I had the same problem but did not realize it until I received approval from the first, not GreenTree, and then sent the ltter over to GT in hopes they woulld approve quickly like most major lenders do.
