Good luck tomorrow on your listing appointment!

I am in the middle of a Green Tree short sale as the first and only lender.  The account manager is not going to be of help as far as I have experienced.  I submitted the short sale directly to the short sale department and by passed the account manager, who was very upset about it.  

My experience has been good with the short sale department thus far and it is with the investor at this time.  The offer was submitted on May 17th to Green Tree.  I had no idea how to get in touch with the short sale department but guess what.... this site provided it to me and next thing I find out, the account manager could not stall the short sale.   

I was so worried about this process after my experience with GT as the 2nd and hearing all the horror stories on here. But so far, so good.  Keep us all posted on your progress and success!

Thank you so much Linda you gave me hope. Do you have the number to the short sale dept. From my experience and after reading everything I have a  feeling they are going to give me the run around.

Do you know if they use the same short sale packet that is uploaded here on this site?

Glad I gave you a glimmer of hope, but do remember, I am  still not at an approval yet.  But it is all looking good so far.  Do keep us posted and as someone has mentioned before on here, things are always changing or different from one transaction to the next.
