GreenTree 1st Lien going well:)

Hopefully GreenTree realized they needed help - I have a 1st lien short sale, investor is Fannie Mae and we are asking for HAFA. When I requested a call from the assigned negotiator, on my phone ID the call was from Marix Servicing. I am delighted with her response and this is going very smooth! Hooray for GreenTree on this one at least lol

Approval received today - you will love working with Marix if they get your GreenTree file! SS package sent in 7/10 and approval received today 7/30:) Fannie Mae was the investor.
