I'm kind of in the same situation. I need a postponement of the trustee sale set for August 8th. The BPO GT ordered expired a week ago and now there's not enough time for a new BPO. I was hoping they'd make an exception since there's been no sales in the complex since the BPO was done. GT says its Fannie Mae's decision (they are the investor) to postpone and Fannie Mae tells me its Green Tree's decision!

What a freaking joke. Anybody got any escalation ideas?

Talk to the supervisors they are the only ones that can delay the TSD that late in the game.

Im trying to get a TSD delayed with GT too 8-27-12.

After they restructured the whole short sale department recently our file got reassigned several times and we are still trying to speak to our negotiator or supervisor.

Is it a Fannie Mae? I was told today that Fannie Mae charges GT if they postpone the TSD..

I was told that Fannie Mae does NOT postpone the TSD unless they have an approval.  If there is no approval they let it go to foreclosure even if you  have an offer.  I lost mine to foreclosure for that reason.  .
