Hi everyone,
I have enjoyed reading the forums. It is great to hear from some many knowledgable people. I have a questions about Bank United/Green Tree Commission. I submitted a short sale offer to Bank United for the 2nd time. It was approved the first time, however, the buyer walked. At that time Bank United was handling short sales in house. They approved 6%. I now have Green Tree saying they will only give 5% for 2 agents and they want 1% commission to them. Since they are hired by Bank United not my seller or myself I don't feel I should have to split my commission especially when I am only getting 3% that I have to split. I also don't know what they do to say they can get a 1% commission. I mean are they agents etc. Has anyone had any luck with getting their full commision?
Thanks
