Green tree serviced a BAC loan for me...(showed bac on title) but they were making payments to GT so it was obvious when I looked at the statements. That's a serious disappointment. GT is not my most fave:(

I've had it happen on about 6 files in the last 6 or 7 months.  I'd never had it happen before then.  I hope you get a decent negotiator.  Occasionally I will get lucky and get someone decent but more often then not they are rude and very unhelpful.  Good luck!

Thanks Julie. I did luck out on this one. Process went very smooth with no glitches. Wonder if I could request the same negotiator, if I come across another green tree serviced short sale. What do you think?

Terry:  This same thing happened to me and mine was sent to Green Tree on April 30, 2013 and as of yesterday they still couldn't see the documents. Can you tell me if they honored the approval.  BOA received investor approval on mine the day it went to GT.  Can you give me some tips on what I need to do to get this thing closed before my buyers walk.

Sheila they did not honor the valuation(bpo) that was given by BOA. GT ordered a new bpo and basically started the file over again, I resubmitted everything in one bulk file. After gt ordered the new bpo, everything was quite smooth with no glitches. good luck Sheila

Also, GT reduced commission from 6% to 5%
