We are taking a new short sale listing where the seller has had to move Boise, ID to San Francisco, CA.  There is a recent home tender in the home to take care of the upkeep, yard and pay the utilities.  Does this have any effect on the borrower getting approval on a Freddie Mac Standard short Sale?  Has anyone had this experience with a home tender or tenant in the home?  Thank you so much for your helpful advice!  Pam

I know of no negative to your situation. Emphasis will be on hardship/money and maximizing sales price.
