Use a regular US Bank package.  I included a FHA Application to Participate form.

Lots of luck to you.  US Bank is no fun on a traditional ss but when it's FHA - my file is going slower than slow.

We haven't even had the FHA appraisal yet and US Bank has had the file since May 25th.

One person will confirm all docs are in; then seller receives a Notice of Non-Approval saying that the short sale is denied because documents were not submitted.  That has happened twice.  

We are at the point that we will contact HUD for help.

Don't know what's going on, but can't open the file from link or after download.  I found one, but the expiration date on the form is 2009.

US Bank is horrible. I had to escalate mine to HUD, fight the value etc..Shoot me an email. I just finished an FHA nightmare with them and have a good negotiator that I'm sure would help you. Also make sure you have the last 4 of your SS on your 3rd party or tax ID #. They require it now for some odd reason. [email protected]

90036 is obsolete according to HUD -

I'm just got a denial because the sellers were CURRENT according to USBAnk...they aren't They are behind, so I have to go back to square one.  They got so scared when I said I needed to contact HUD directly. 

Hud sales to me are very cumbersome, but a necessary evil.
