Have a home that owner owes $108k on. I had listed at $135k. WE got multiple offers between $65k and $108k(six total), Fannie Mae came back with a value of $145k!! I disputed, provided photos, all 5 offers, comps, I thought it was a slam dunk....they then came back and said it was worth $132k! No way will it sell for $132k. Now a month later, still no offers.
How soon can I put in another dispute on a Fannie Mae appraisal?

Let the current value expire and wait until you get a solid contract to submit.
okay....they didn't tell me when it expires(thus my question), they just emailed me what the "new value" is, I have emailed my contact back(of course no phone #) and no response yet.
The current value is probably good for 3 months. Put it back on the market at 132k. Then drop the price every 2-3 weeks until you get an offer. If you demonstrate that you tried to market the property at their price without success, they are more likely to listen.
