Little help please...

Anyone have a CITI contact that actually will return a call or email? In process with CITI since 10/11 for modification - moved to short sale submission in Dec., assigned to SS intake in Feb. when an offer was submitted, negotiator assigned on 3/30, and nothing from them since except auto-responder replies. No calls returned, no communication whatsoever. Negotiator's manager has been non-responsive as well. Any suggestions?
