Citi Help..

Citi countered offer of 153K demanding a net of $155,100. Buyer came back with highest and best at 165K and commission reduced to 4%. Negociator will not budge and we are still 7800 apart. Redemption period is up in May. Any ideas on how to save this one?

[email protected] She is in the executive response unit. They work out of the executive offices...shse may take a day or two to get to you but she will...she responds beter to phone calls...I'd make my case by email and follow up with a phone call...earlier in the morning is better. 877-245-2511 x047-5549..Best of luck to you!
