Chase was not even collecting on this loan, it was hard to track it since it was an old WAMU loan, finally we were able to track it to Bureau of Recovery, there was a lady assigned, the first (Wachovia) approved the short sale and we only need to have the second to approve, she was advised of the amount being paid and she agreed and asked us to send documents, we did long time ago and she confirmed she received and evrything was being reviewed,  they we kept following up with not even an answer, finally yesterday she replies that Chase won;t take less than 20% of the balance, house is going to foreclosure in 3 days if we don;t get the approval from them, in tat case they will get nothing, she practically told me she can;t do anything and even started claimin that we never sent her the requested docs, when I even have an email from her stating she received everything and was being reviewed. Any Advise I need to escalate to get someone to help and avoid foreclosure.
