Negotiator had my file for over two weeks and did not start working the file until the last minute prior to the sale date. He closed out my file due to "insufficient" time to postpone. I was able to pull off a postponement through Freddie directly but now Chase has the file closed out and I may have to start over with this one. I only have a 30 day extension. This is so frustrating...

Hi Judith, I've had the same thing happen with Chase on a few occasions. Have you tried Chase's Escalation Department? Call and tell them you had an unresponsive negotiator that put you in this predicament and see what they can do about re-opening the file ASAP. Here's a couple other numbers that might help as well.
