Help with submitting a package to Chase (2nd loan)
I faxed a package over to the fax number that I alway send it to. They received all the pages, but they dont see the contract, which doesnt make sense. I have called and they keep giving me the run around about who it needs to be sent to and I have been given 5 different fax numbers and 5 different department numbers. They are obviously unorganized.
Would someone please help me with the correct info on submitting a short sale package for a 2nd loan with Chase (like the correct package requirements), fax # and what number I can reach the correct department.

By the way, I went through the same runaround, and then discovered that my entire short sale package had been sent to the Loan Modification Department! I had to contact their Executive Resolution Group to get it sent to the right department. Lost about a month with that mess. -
