Does anyone have direct contact info for the negotiator M. Baker?
I've been assigned a negotiator M. Baker but cannot get her first name. Has anyone worked with her before? If so, are you willing to give up her direct contact info?

BEST ADVICE -- call human resources or the accounting department on "accident":
"Oh, I must have been sent to you accidentally. I am trying to get the name of my negotiator so I can get an update on my file, loan #___________, can you help me?"
Calling the executive office works wonders as well.
about 50/50 -- you can try claling customer service, sometimes they will tell, sometimes they will not.
Generally speaking on teh above, the ONLY department who is ALWAYS told not to give out direct contact info. is loss mitigation. The other departments are often very helpful if properly approached......
