chase supervisor

I asked to speak to a supervisor at Chase, they informed me that they did not have supervisors that took phone calls on the floor. I almost laughed if I wasn't so frustrated.

Based on the language noted Chase is saying the difference between $47K and $14K the seller is still responsible for. You can go back to the neg and ask how much they will settle for to remove that language and release their right to pursue the deficiency and settle the note in full
