Yes I closed one with Chase that the seller got $10,000. You will put it on the HUD as an additional incentive for ____ (sellers name) from Chase Bank. My Sellers got that plus the Hafa relocation money of 3,000 that is on a different line. Ask them how they want you to word both of them. They do not tell you ahead of time or explain to you what to do unless you ask. What line and what you want it to say. make sure you ask. It has to be just like they state to you.
I thought that you had to be invited, usually by letter, to receive the Chase incentive.
When I asked a negotiator that is what I was told.
Closed three deal last year with Chase incentative.
T-1 Seller received 30K incentive and 3K Hafa sales price was 420K
T-2 Seller Received 20K incenive and No hafa sellers Investment property Sales Price was 155K
T-3 Seller Received 20K incentive and No Hafa Sales Price was 183K.
Seller is solicited to participate in program by Chase. So make sure your Chase short Sale sellers are opening all mail they are receivng from Chase as there may be money there for them.
