Chase negotiator no longer working for chase- e-mail auto answer
Right when my LM was supposed to resubmit for me, I get this e-mail " this is no longer a monitored e-mail account. All active Short sales will be reassigned". Seriously? I'm supposed to close in 2 weeks???? I had this happen once before with OWB and I had a contact to another that took the file over. I tried her previous out of town contact and he is out of town until when I am supposed to close? Any suggestions? Executive resolution, maybe?

I called Exec resolutions next am and found out I was reassigned, got the new direct # adn spelling of his name so I could decode his e-mail... he called me within 10 minutes of my e-mail= awesome! Of caorse low & behold BPO expired that day.. ha ha. New LM is great... hoping to have my new letter any day now.
