Hi All,

I realize this is a short sale group, but figure you may have some knowledge or know a few places to turn. I have been doing my own personal modification with Chase on a rental property (which I intend on moving back to) for 1.5 yr now! I actually got to the point where I was approved for a 3 month payment trial (suppose to convert to permanent) and now I have paid my 4th month.  According to the representatives, it is looking like they are getting ready to deny the file. My thought is they are denyong it because it doesnt qualify for HAMP, duh.  But it has always been submitted as non-owner.

If anyone has some advice or great phone numbers to get this done, I would be forever greatful.
