CCO taking too long with decision making or even assigning a negotiator
Same house, offers 4 different time over past year...every time they drag their feet for months and the file sits...this is a good offer and I beg and plead with no avail...anyone has a VP to send an inquiry to? I have asked time in and time out for managers to help, processors, anyone...still sitting...
Today they said...waiting on 4506-transcripts to come back...I said it has been that same thing for 3 weeks...and I sent you signed taxes anyhow...what can I do...any guidance here? Ready to start dialing for dollars on their Board of Directors list.

CCO is taking over 2 moths after receiving an offer just to gather info and get into QC. Even when assigned a negotiator, they are taking forever to work a file....and nobody to contact. The clerks in customer service are clueless. We have a full price offer (with no competition) in where CCO has the 2nd, and they are getting over 75% of what is owed them....We are almost 90 days in. This is by far the most frustrating bank I have worked with.....If we can't get this closed soon, the seller is just going to file a BK and then they will get nothing!!!! CRAZY!!!
