Hi Stephanie. I just uploaded the SS Application for Capital One on the groups main page. I just started one with them myself and they seem very agreeable thus far. Good luck!!

Thank you so much! I spent over an hour on the phone today with the credit card "side" trying to get through to the posted phone numbers (even internal ones) for the mtg side--which seemed to ring ETERNALLY busy. Even the manager trying to help me had to laugh!! He was shocked when I told him it is not unheard of to invest over 100 hours in a deal. You are a lifesaver!

Stephanie, do have a number for Capital One's Short sale dept? Or Web site where I can get the 3rd Party Authorization. Bryant has posted a Loan Mod packet here and I was wondering was this the same packet?
