Client moved out of high rise luxury condo. the building has a 24/7 front desk and security. BPO agent wants to take interior pics...how will a vacant unit affect my short sale which is in the valuation stage in Equator?

Thanks in advance

It shouldn't make a huge amount of difference.  If anything it might bring the valuation down just a bit as sometimes a valuator is influenced by the personal property and decorations of the current owner.  An empty unit will show every flaw (if any).

Steele,
Thank you...great insight on your part!

I don't think that's a problem with BofA Rick.  Vacant is better than actually being occupied by a tenant.  Like Steele said, it may "show" slightly worse, but it also may show better being free from any clutter.  good luck.

Richard,

Thank you for your reply.

BPO done today....The agent performing  the BPO said "Occupied or vacant does not make a difference to B of A"
