AS of right now... no. Hate to give up but Im feeling pretty powerless.
2nd wants cash contribution toward MI. 1st/freddie mac wont allow it. had my negotiator and head of closers reapproach MI from Prom. POC anything they wouldn't accept it. Was assigned a buyers advocate last Friday... going to call her to check up in a few. If I don't hear anything on that end I will send the e-mail out. Guess the government loans don't really care about forclosure. All I hear on both ends is "I don't care let it foreclose". Crazy times. Any ideas? Should I go ahead and send the e-mail now before my advocate gets back to me?
