REO Trans and BofA
I am on the phone with REOTrans and BofA this is a joke, neither will take responsibility. REO Trans states they are only a software platform for BofA. BofA says not ture. REOTrans says BofA sets up the REOTrans account, BofA says not true, tried to get a supervisor to do a threeway phone conversation what a joke. BofA says give me your phone number incase we get disconnected, we get disconnected and they never call back. BofA states my clients short sale package has been referred to REOTrans they give me the following number 1-310-469-9167 I call its REOTrans they say call BoA back. AHHH.... In the meantime my shortsale is edging closer to Foreclosure!!! Oh I just love this new system

No one knows what the heck is going on. I just got this from a Senior Supervisor..
To initiate a short sale, please have the seller call 866-880-1232, supply their loan number(s) & email address requesting a Short Sale. This will enter them into the REOTrans system. -
