We recieved an approval last week and were given a 1/31 closing date. (Offer was submitted 8/19) Our mortgage co. needed a little more time so we requested a later closing date. We were told that it was moved to 2/23. However in the orginal approval, it said if the closing had to be postponed that there would be a per diem daily fee?? What can we expect to pay for having to move the closing date?
Thanks.

Unless they mention it specifically in a new approval, I wouldn't worry. Usually they are real specific when they plan to charge a per diem.

Steele is right. If the new approval doesn't specify a per diem, then you should be ok.
