PLEASE!! Need a NY BoA contact for short sales!

We accepted a counter offer from BoA on a short sale and have been waiting 8 business days for BoA to sign and return it. Now the contract on our home might fall through because we can't make any headway w/ the listing agent or negotiator. Please, does anyone have contact info w/ BoA, particularly w/ the NY office?? Thank You!
