Opening a VA SS

Hey Everyone!

Been working to open a VA SS with BofA. For over a month we have been calling and escalating through the ss customer service hotline to get the file open and get us a negotiator. I have spoke to managers and everyone they will give us. They always tells us to call back in 48hrs. We have an offer on the prop and need to get this going. Does anyone have a suggestion for someone to contact?
