Hello Superstars ,

I needed to reach out to you guys on this one because you are the pros. I have a wierd situation going on and I don't know what to do. I have a Pre-Approved List Price Short Sale(COOP) that I'm working with B of A through equator. It took forver just to list the property. Well anyways soon after I listed the property I got a cash offer and I submitte it right away. B of A countered and then we accepted. Then the negotiator told me that her manager denied the offer and so I re countered. They countered back and we accepted and then this time it was sent to investor review. I got a phone call today and the negotiator told me that the offer was denied again and the their wasn't anything else we can do because the loan was set to be sold to another servicer on 9/14/2012. I told her that she never told me that but she said she did over our first phone conversation and I never got email about it.  All the time she denied or said the offer was declined was all done by phone too and no email through Equator. What am I supposed to do?  I feel like I was set up for failure and never had a chance. I been working this file 5/14/2012 and was patiently waiting on them.This isn't right aND people lives are being affected by this decision.  Does anybody have a phone  number to VP or  anybody in higher authority that can help me with this ..
