How often does BOA change negotiators?

I've had the same negotiator for 4 weeks. Nice guy.  This Friday I logged into equator and his name wasn't attached to a file.  A NEW name was attached but titled BAC Specialist - the term negotiator was removed.  I emailed this person and asked if they were the new negotiator.  I didn't get a response.  TODAY I logged in and ANOTHER name is associated with the file.  It switched over the weekend. 

 

I've not had this happen before.  Has this happened to anyone here?

Hello, Smitty ~ They went through a systems change on 4/7/2011 and it looks like most of us have new people assigned to our files. I'm emailing and calling my closer today to see if he can be reassigned to the file. What were they thinking?!!! Has anyone else been able to get their file back to the original negotiators/closers?

Does the sun rise?  Be prepared you will have several negotiatiors before the end and possibly a couple of different closers.

Well that stinks.  How is the new person realistically supposed to know what the old person was doing and where they were at with the file?  I'm on my third person in 3 days!!!
