That is my experience also.

I'm curious what lender are accepting electronic signatures now. What is your experience?

No - I was recently at a Short Sale Training Session with BofA and they said absolutely NO digital / electronic signatures.

I've done several short sales with BofA using electronic signatures with no problem but just had several documents rejected on another file because of electronic signatures.  Must depend on the negotiator?  This is baloney.....

I also took training for new rules on short sales Hafa and they said no.
