I have a HUD Home Shortsale through BoA.  A year ago we faxed all the paperwork in; then we were told to wait for equitor; then we put it on Equator; then we never heard anything to find out FHA homes go to BoA.  This went back and for each pointing fingers at each other.  Then we were told it was a HUD backed home and yet another department.

 

Now the negotiator quite.  I need to have special attention because the shortsale is this month.  Please help me with thhe right contact.

Donna, from my own personal experience with an FHA loan (insured by HUD) the numbers you need are listed correctly at the top of the BofA group. They are:

Short Sale Fax 1-866-808-5050

Home Retention Department 1-800-669-0102 call to open VA or FHA/HUD short sales

 

I would suggest you look at my notes on a FHA loan with Bank of America:

and also make sure you have filled out the PFS document

She is mgmt in the HUD short sale dept of BofA and helped escalate one for me and continued to oversee the process of the negotiator that had dropped the ball all the way to approval.
