Closed B of A Short-Sale Today!

1st and 2nd lien both with B of A. Investor was Fannie Mae and we earned a total of 6% commission on a $143,000 purchase price. Original buyer walked. 2nd submission to approval took about 2 months! This file was handled through the Equator system.

Congrats Tiffany! Good job for you and your client! I think Fannie and Freddie backed loans are some of the "easier" short sales to do IMHO. Kent

Yeah... Fannie Mae deals are much easier. I have another B of A deal closing tomorrow and it is not a Fannie or Freddie. It does, however, have that darned PMI on it. Complete nightmare!
